Mallside Residences

Mallside Residence is a premium branded project by Royal Development Company, launched in November 2023, in Dubai Hills Estate. It will be connected to the Hilton brand, a leading global hospitality company. The complex features 144 residential units, among which are studios and 1-3 bedroom apartments. The properties will spread across 18 floors. The size of the units ranges from 400 sq. ft to 1,800 sq. ft. Depending on your preference, you can choose an apartment that is furnished or unfurnished. There will be a 105-key Hilton hotel on the first 5 or 6 floors of the project.
