Vista 3 is a new residential complex located on Al Reem Island, which is being developed by a major private developer in the UAE — Reportage Properties. As of Q3 2023, the development is under construction, and the estimated date of handover is expected to be in Q4 2027. There are 6 podium levels and 39 residential storeys in the skyscraper.
